According to the official Ocean of Thieves Info and Support Twitter business relationship, the game's official servers are experiencing some matchmaking bug which means the game is down for many.

Don't worry though, equally the team are currently investigating the issue. A statement was released shortly before 7AM PT / 3PM GMT stating that:
